Simple, Easy and Best One Bowl Double Chocolate Brownies!

No melting of Chocolate and no electric beater. This is the best brownie I have ever made. It takes only 10 min to prepare it and you have the best fudgy brownies in 30 min.

Lovely crust and the chewy fudgy inside makes it so yummy. This Brownie has butter and oil, that keeps it fudgy even when you eat it right from the fridge.

So this is the Best One bowl Chocolate Brownies that you can’t stay away from it.

The more you bake the brownies, it will become more cakey. Less you bake for fudgy brownies. You can double the recipe given.

I added chocolate chunks, that’s totally your option you may add chopped nuts, caramel bites or anything you wish.

Best One Bowl Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe:

This Recipe makes 9 regular size Brownies. I baked in 8″ x 8″ square pan.

Ingredients:

  • Unsalted Butter(melted) – 120g or 1/2 cup
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • White Sugar – 130g or (1/2 cup heaped)
  • Brown Sugar – 80g or 1/2 cup
  • Egg – 2
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • All purpose Flour or Maida – 65g or 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa Powder – 50g or 1/2 cup

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C for 10 min. Line a 8*8″ square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Using a Whisk, mix in melted Butter, oil and sugar.
  3. Add in Eggs and Vanilla, mix till incorporated.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder and salt. Using a spatula mix it together.
  5. Add in some chocolate chunks or nuts.
  6. Pour it in 8*8″ pan and level it. Add in more chocolate chunks.
  7. Bake for 18-23 min at 180 C.

Notes:

  • I baked it a bit over to make it a little cakey. If you like to keep it fudgy, bake it for 20 min in 8*8″ square pan.
  • Once you add flour, don’t over mix it. Just fold it gently.
  • If you double the recipe, then use a bigger size pan, like 8*12″ pan.

  • 130 g (1/2 cup heaped) White Sugar

  • 65 g (1/2 c) All purpose Flour or Maida
  • 50 g (1/2 c) Cocoa Powder
