Brownie comes in two varieties, Cakey and Fudgy. Brownie is mainly combination of Cocoa Powder and Chocolate with some nuts, chocolate chips and other ingredients.
Brownie is very easy to make, since everything can be done one single bowl with no beating required. A whisk and a bowl is more than enough.
Using best quality chocolate gives a nice chocolaty flavor. Just melt the chocolate in a big bowl and add butter. Let it mix through, remove from heat and add sugar. One egg at a time, mix until combined. Finally the cocoa powder with a pinch of salt and flour.
At last is the fun part, you can stir in walnuts, pecan nuts or for only chocolaty flavor add chocolate chips.
Thats it just pour in a greased tin, bake it until toothpick inserted comes clean.

- 114 g Chocolate
- 114 g Butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Melt Chocolate using double boiler and add butter. Mix well.
Remove from double boiler once butter is mixed throughly. Add Sugar and mix until just combined.
Add one egg at a time. Whisk until just combined.
After all the eggs, goes in the cocoa powder and salt.
Fold in the Flour and add in nuts or chocolate chips as you prefer.
Bake it in 8" square pan at 180 c for 25-30 min. Serve with icecream or eat as such.
