Its been a long time since I posted a low-carb recipe. These Easy 5 ingredient Paleo Coconut Pancakes are healthy breakfast for a fresh start, because its loaded with fresh fruits.
This weeks Breakfast made Easy Recipe Series is absolute yum, since its loaded with natural ingredients and not to forget the fresh fruits to go with it.
These Pancakes needs only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes. Just mix and pour on hot pan. Flip it and cook on both sides. Serve it with fresh fruits and a drip of honey.
As I have a sweet tooth, I would like to add some extra sweet. So I took some Ripped Banana’s and caramelized with some brown sugar and butter. How many of you are a sweet tooth like me ??
These Paleo Pancakes are so easy. It needs just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes.
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter for cooking
- Fresh Fruits
- 1 Ripped Banana
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- a pinch Cinnamon Powder
Using a whisk, mix the eggs first.
Add in all other ingredients and whisk till mixed well.
Heat a Pan or dosa thawa, apply some butter.
Pour the pancake batter. Cover it and cook for 1 minute.
Flip and cook it for 1 minute.
Serve it with honey and fresh fruits.
Slice the Banana length wise.
Heat a pan and place butter, sugar and cinnamon powder. Let the sugar melt.
Mix it till combined and place the banana slice on it.
Cook the bananas till glazed both sides. Its ready to serve.
