Normally, here in India we make chutney for Idlli as our carboholic breakfast. Flaxseed Chutney is a low carb version I made for my Almond Flour Dosa which my husband liked it very much.
In regular chutney we add fried gram dal which is high in carb, so here comes flax seed to replace it. Add flax seed meal directly to coconut shreds with green chilli and salt in a mixer grinder. Make paste and serve immediately with almond flour dosa.
