Ganache Tart Filling is one the best recipe that I loved most. The creaminess and crunchiness in the filling, just takes this tart to the next level.

When you just have a bite with all the layers, the silkiness in the ganache, crunchiness in the nut praline crumble with a bite of fresh strawberry!! hmmm!! Believe me it just melts in the mouth. I know you are drooling right now, aren’t you?

I used my One bowl Pistachio Tart recipe to make this dessert. Pistachio Tart goes well with this ganache filling.

Ganache Tart Filling is such a pair that will you this dessert to next level. Silkiness in the ganache, crunchiness in the nut praline, smoothness in the whipped cream and that tangy flavor in strawberry is just amazing.

Ingredients
  • 3 small Pistachio Tart Base
Dark Chocolate Ganache:
  • 200 g Dark Chocolate
  • 100 g Heavy Cream
Hazelnut Praline Crumble:
  • 10 Roasted Hazelnuts
  • 1/2 C Sugar
For Toppings:
  • 1/2 C Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 C Chopped Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Salted Caramel For Drizzilng
Method
How to make Ganache:
  1. Heat the Heavy Cream till it starts to boil. 

  2. Pour it on the chopped dark chocolate and let it sit for a minute.

  3. Now mix it well till no traces of chocolate is seen. If any chocolate, then melt it on double boiler or in a microwave.

  4. Cover it with a cling film and let it sit in room temperature for atleast 8 hrs or refrigerate it until set.

Hazelnut Praline Crumble:
  1. Chop the Roasted Hazelnut and place it in a tray.

  2. Place the sugar in a heavy bottom sauce pan and heat it.

  3. Give it a stir when it starts to melt.

  4. Now wait till it turns golden yellow color. After that pour it on the nuts and spread it all over. Handle with care, it will be very hot.

  5. Once it's completely cool down, make it into crumble.

Arranging Layers:
  1. Bake the Pistachio Tart Base in tart pans and let it cool down.

  2. Get all the layers on your work surface.

  3. Spoon in the Ganache and spread it nice and even.

  4. Top it with the praline crumble and next with whipped cream.

  5. Smooth the top using a spatula. Arrange the chopped strawberries.

  6. Finally if you prefer drizzle it with Salted Caramel sauce.
