Gluten free Coconut Flour Paleo Bread

Nowadays healthy lifestyle is preferred by many. Bread is part of our lifestyle. Most of the time, bread contains some form of flour that we wish to avoid. Here is a bread that has no maida nor wheat. So here is a Gluten free coconut flour paleo bread.

A perfect bread using coconut flour with a crusty top and soft inside. Its a No yeast, No gluten, No kneading, No proofing bread recipe. Just a whisk and bowl is all you need.

This bread can be topped with any seeds. You can add 1 tbsp of honey or any other sweetener if you would like it sweet. I just loved the way it was with a hint of butter or a egg toast.

Gluten free bread is with no kneading, no proofing, no yeast. Just a whisk and bowl is more than enough.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c Coconut flour
  • 1/2 c Coconut oil
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200c.
  2. Take a medium bowl and mix eggs and oil, give a whisk.
  3. Add coconut flour, salt and baking powder to the wet ingredients and whisk untill combined.
  4. Allow batter to sit for 5 min and pour into greased tins or aluminium foil like i did.

  5. Bake for 20 min or till you get a browned top.

For small amount of coconut flour, you don’t wish to get a bag of it, then make your own coconut flour. Easy and save some amount.
