Regular Pizza:

If you would like to make it like regular pizza, then place it in a silicon mat and make a thin crust and bake for 15-20 min or till crust is ready. You can top it with cheese, caramelized onions, paneer or as you like it.

Make the cauliflower rice in a microwave or in a steamer and straining is the important step. Place all the cooked cauliflower rice in a muslin cloth and squeeze well to bring out all the moisture in it. Squeezing helps the pizza crust to make it crispy.

You can also use this cauliflower rice for my other recipes like Cauliflower fried Rice and Cauliflower Wraps.

  1. Make the Cauliflower Rice by adding small cauliflower florets to the mixer grinder and pulse till it looks like rice.
