Ruby Chocolate Panna cotta

  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tsp Powder Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (1 amul 250 ml pack)
  • 1/2 tsp Ossoro's Ruby Chocolate Essence
  • 5 Meringue kisses optional
  • 1 drop Pink Food Color optional


  1. Sprinkle Gelatin over Milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  2. After 5 minutes, dissolve it over low heat. Don't let it boil.

  3. If milk is too hot, let it cool for 2 minutes.

  4. Add Sugar, warming it over low heat.

  5. Once dissolved, remove it from heat.

  6. Add Cream, Ossoro's Ruby Chocolate Essence and color. Mix well.

  7. If using bowls and un-molding, then grease the bowl with oil and wipe it slightly using tissue paper.

  8. Pour it in glasses or bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
