Mango Chia Shake

Mango Chia Shake is very healthy drink with thick coconut milk and mango. Omega-3 is very rarely available in Chia.

  • 1 Ripen Mango
  • 3/4 c Coconut milk
  • 3-4 tbsp Chia Seed
  • pinch Saffron optional
  • 1 tsp Milk optional


  1. Heat the milk with saffron for a min and reserve. Let the essence and color of saffron infuse in milk. 

  2. Extract thick coconut milk. I prefer home made coconut milk.

  3. Mix chia seed and saffron milk with coconut milk and refrigerate for 2-3 hrs. So that the chia seed will soak.

  4. Take the plup of mango and grind it, refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs.

  5. Serve with alternate layers of mango and coconut milk.
