Best ever Homemade Belgian Waffle
- 2 cups All purpose flour/Maida
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Ossoro's Belgian Waffle Flavor
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Separate egg whites and yolks.
- Mix yolks with butter, milk and Ossoro's Belgian waffle Flavor.
- Using an electric beater, beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
- Add the flour to yolk mix and incorporate till no lumps.
