Serve a quick and irresistible Blender Eggless chocolate cake that is sweet, moist and full of rich flavor, Its utterly divine!!
I always dream of desserts that is easy to make. With a very few ingredients and not so messy steps. Especially on a lazy Sunday and guess what this isn’t a one bowl recipe , you don’t even need a bowl !! Just throw in the ingredients into the blender jar and your cake batter is ready to get into the oven.
This chocolate cake is super moist and melts in your mouth. The recipe uses curd that will give a different flavor to your cake, make sure to use thick hung curd with not much water content.
Surely there is nothing so easy as this recipe, which will undoubtedly satisfy your sweeet cravings….So lets dive into the recipe.
BLENDER EGG-LESS CHOCOLATE CAKE INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Flour-3/4 cup,
Cocoa Powder -1/2 cup,
Vinegar – 1/2tsp
Vanilla -1/2 tsp,
Baking Powder-1/2 tsp,
Baking Soda- 1/4 tsp,
METHOD TO MAKE BLENDER EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE:
First, start by adding all the wet ingredients into the blender jar.
Further add the sifted dry ingredients and blend for 3-4 pulses to form a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased with oil/butter.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 min at 180 C.
Place the chocolate bar on the warm cake to top-it up !! Enjoy.

BLENDER EGG-LESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
- 3/4 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 gm Dairy Milk Chocolate
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 C.
- Take a Blender Jar.
- Add Oil, vinegar, curd, sugar, vanilla and milk.
- Add in the sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into the blender.
- Blend the mixture to form the cake batter.
- Pour the cake batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180 C for 25-30 mins.
- Place the Chocolate Bar on the warm cake to make the chocolate melty.
- Slice and enjoy !
