Coconut is usually a healthy and natural sweetener. Not many yummy smoothies are there without sugar. Here is a easy, healthy, no sugar and non-dairy ice crunch whoever is carving for a sweet. All have heard of ice cubes, here its coconut milk ice cubes. I know that sounds wow, go-ahead and try it out and let me know your variations.
Make Coconut Milk Ice Cubes using ice tray. Reserve for later.

Coconut Ice Shake
Coconut Ice Shake is very healthy and paleo friendly. Granola is stuffed inside this shake.
Ingredients
Layer 1:
- 1/2 c Coconut Shreds
- 6 Ice cubes
Layer 2:
- For Granola:
- 1/2 c Quick Oats
- 1/4 c Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 c Almonds
- 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
Layer 3:
- 8 Coconut Milk Ice Cubes
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Take Layer 1 ingredients in mixer and grind fine and reserve in refrigerator.
- Take Layer 2 ingredients in a bowl mix until well combined. Here its totally your option to make mix in your choice of nuts or other dry fruits.
- Take Layer 3 ingredients in mixer and grind till crunchy.
- Arrange layers alternatively and top it with banana.
Notes
You can top it with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings or more nuts. Avoid honey to make it paleo friendly add 1/2 to 1 tsp stevia liquid.
Reserve the strained coconut waste and make coconut flour and can use it for more of coconut flour recipes.
