One thing that I want to make clear about Indian Fusion Desserts is that they are not complicated as most of you think. The usual assumption is, while combining two desserts, the time of preparation is doubled. But, if you take a look at any of my Indian fusion desserts, you will know that the recipes are surprisingly simple and whenever you need to make quick desserts, these recipes come in handy.

Croissant Rabdi Pudding is one of my most favorite Indian fusion desserts that I’ve tried. I generally like croissants and love Rabdi. While everyone else is busy having croissants with cream cheese, butter, chocolate sauce and many other accompaniments, the Indian in me wanted to try it with Rabdi – an absolute favorite for dessert lovers. There’s no limit to creativity when it comes to creating recipes. So, I created this one!

If you are bored of having regular croissants, you now know how to modify it according to your taste. A small amount of Rabdi, chunks of pistachios, ghee, croissants are all it takes for this Croissant Rabdi Pudding. If you feel croissants are too light for breakfast and want to go a little heavy with it, this is a perfect option.

Croissant Radbi Pudding

Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings 3

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Radbi
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 2 Croissants
  • 2 tbsp Pistachio

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190 C for 10 minutes.
  • In a baking tray, apply 1 tbsp ghee.
  • Slice each croissant into 2 piece.
  • Apply ghee to each slices.
  • Arrange it in the baking tray.
  • Pour the rabdi on top.
  • Add pistachio and bake it for 10-15 min until its crispy on top.
  • Serve immediately!
