As I said before, these are easy recipes without any fancy tools and guess what you can make this recipe even in cooker!
Eggless Healthy Chocolate chip cookies!!

Eggless Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Easy Eggless No-maida Cookies are so delish!
Ingredients
- 113 g (1/2 cup) Unsalted Butter
- 80 g (1/2 cup) Brown Sugar
- 90 g (1/2 cup) Castor Sugar
- 1 Flax Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 120 g (1 cup) Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 or 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- To make Flax Egg: Add 2 tbsp Flax seed Meal with 2 tbsp Water and set aside for 5 min.
- Whisk Butter till creamy ( you can use electric beater if you have)
- Add Sugars and beat till creamy and add in Vanilla (I forgot to add)
- Add Flax Egg and mix well.
- Sift in Wheat flour, baking soda and salt.
- Fold in using a spatula and cling wrap the dough.
- Refrigerate for an hour atleast or for a day.
- Preheat the oven to 180c or cooker(with salt and stand, without whistle and gasket)
- To bake in Oven- Prepare a cookie tray with butter paper.
- To bake in cooker- prepare a flat based pan with butter paper.
- Scoop the dough and make balls, flatten it.
- Place it in pan with atleast 2" space between each, these cookies will spread a lot.
- Top it with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 12-15 min, until the sides are golden brown.
- Let it cool completely before removing from the pan.
