Eggless Fig Thyme Frangipane

Eggless Fig Thyme Frangipane! Healthy, nutritious and delicious too. It's a full package of dessert heaven. Ready to dig in?

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Wheat Flour
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 heaped cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 heaped cup Castor Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 3 Fig

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes. I baked in a skillet, but you can bake it in a 5" cake tin.
  • In a bowl, add butter and sugar.
  • Using a whisk, beat till mixed.
  • Whisk in vanilla and curd.
  • Add in baking powder, salt, wheat and almond flour.
  • Whisk it until everything is just combined.
  • Pour it in the baking mold and top it with fig slices.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve warm!
