This Eggless wheat Chocolate Banana Muffins are a perfect breakfast muffins!

Eggless Wheat Chocolate Banana Muffins
This is an easy and delicious banana and chocolate muffins!
Ingredients
- 110 g (1 cup-2 tbsp) Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- 30 g (1/2 cup) Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Mashed Banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut oil
- 160 g (1 cup) Brown Sugar
- 1 Flax Egg 1 tbsp flax seed meal + 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chunks
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips for topping optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 C for 10 minutes. Prepare a muffin tray with cupcake liners.
- Measure the flours, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside.
- Prepare flax egg and let it sit.
- In another bowl, add oil, brown sugar and mashed banana.
- Mix well. Add in the flax egg.
- Mix in Vanilla Essence.
- Add in flour and fold gently till combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Top it with Chocolate chips.
- Pour in cupcake trays and bake for 15-18 minutes.
