This Eggless wheat Chocolate Banana Muffins are a perfect breakfast muffins!

Eggless Wheat Chocolate Banana Muffins

This is an easy and delicious banana and chocolate muffins!
Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 15 mins
Course Breakfast, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 110 g (1 cup-2 tbsp) Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 30 g (1/2 cup) Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Mashed Banana
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 160 g (1 cup) Brown Sugar
  • 1 Flax Egg 1 tbsp flax seed meal + 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chunks
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chips for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200 C for 10 minutes. Prepare a muffin tray with cupcake liners.
  • Measure the flours, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside.
  • Prepare flax egg and let it sit.
  • In another bowl, add oil, brown sugar and mashed banana.
  • Mix well. Add in the flax egg.
  • Mix in Vanilla Essence.
  • Add in flour and fold gently till combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks.
  • Top it with Chocolate chips.
  • Pour in cupcake trays and bake for 15-18 minutes.
