Nowadays healthy lifestyle is preferred by many. Bread is part of our lifestyle. Most of the time, bread contains some form of flour that we wish to avoid. Here is a bread that has no maida nor wheat. So here is a Gluten free coconut flour paleo bread.
A perfect bread using coconut flour with a crusty top and soft inside. Its a No yeast, No gluten, No kneading, No proofing bread recipe. Just a whisk and bowl is all you need.
This bread can be topped with any seeds. You can add 1 tbsp of honey or any other sweetener if you would like it sweet. I just loved the way it was with a hint of butter or a egg toast.

Gluten free Bread
Ingredients
- 3/4 c Coconut flour
- 1/2 c Coconut oil
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Take a medium bowl and mix eggs and oil, give a whisk.
- Add coconut flour, salt and baking powder to the wet ingredients and whisk untill combined.
- Allow batter to sit for 5 min and pour into greased tins or aluminium foil like i did.
- Bake for 20 min or till you get a browned top.
For small amount of coconut flour, you don’t wish to get a bag of it, then make your own coconut flour. Easy and save some amount.
