Most of us wait for March just to enjoy Holi. Isn’t it? Are you one of them? I am one of them too. I wait for Holi to prepare a lot of cool recipes and one such recipe is the Holi Popsicle which is also a Thandai Popsicle. Excited for it? Me too!
Holi Popsicle – Thandai Popsicle
Well, where to get this started? Should I start how much I love this popsicle? Nah, I’ll let you decide that. Imagine sitting on a sofa one fine summer afternoon (not a very fine one because the summers are too hot) and you feel thirsty, you end up having a lot of water but now you are craving for something delicious yet gives a cooling effect. You know where this is leading to. Yes, that’s when you need this popsicle. It’s a total life savior in summers.
Oh wait. You’ve seen the images of popsicles, I know most of you are confused whether it’s a popsicle or an ice cream. The major difference is that popsicle is basically a frozen ice water with a unique flavor in it unlike ice cream which takes a lot of condensed milk and a long procedure. Popsicles are comparatively easy to make and whenever you pronounce ‘Popsicle’, it sounds fun! “Popsicle” – see, told ya.
I’ve added Thandai powder for the thandai flavor along with saffron strands, chopped pista and mawa for this Thandai Popsicle. My mouth is already watering just with the imagination of these amazing flavors blended together. Can you feel it?
Okay, won’t make you wait for a long time. I’ve been talking for a long time. Let me give a break to my mouth and let you enjoy the procedure of making these Thandai Popsicles or Holi Popsicles. Just because I mentioned Holi popsicles, don’t stick to the notion that it has to be prepared only during Holi. You can make it anytime you crave for popsicles. Have fun experimenting with this. See you soon with another unique recipe!
