Instant Homemade Thandai Powder
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/3 cup Cashews
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns
- 2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 2 tsp Poppy seeds
- 30 Green Cardamom pods
- 1/4 tsp Saffron strands
- 2 tbsp Melon seeds
- 3 tbsp Pistachio
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a grinder.
- Grind to form a smooth powder.
- Store in an airtight container and use as needed.
