Vegan Panna Cotta Dragon Fruit Jelly!
On a beautiful Sunday morning, I started craving for dessert. You might be thinking ‘dessert cravings early in the morning’? I’m such a person who can have desserts every hour of the day. If you can relate to it, comment below. Okay, where were we? Yeah Sunday morning! I felt like trying a vegan recipe which doesn’t take a lot of time. Something simple with very few ingredients. I found my answer – Vegan Panna cotta Dragon Fruit Jelly. I can make it easily plus all the ingredients were readily available.Â
Before I tell you how I made this, I want to take a moment to discuss the benefits of Dragon Fruit.Â

Vegan Panna cotta Dragon fruit jelly
Ingredients
Vegan Panna cotta:
- 200 ml Canned Coconut Milk
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup (you can also use honey)
- 3/4 tsp Agar agar Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Dragon Fruit Jelly:
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 3/4 tsp Agar Agar Powder
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Dragon/Pitaya Fruit pulp
Instructions
Vegan Panna cotta:
- Heat coconut milk, maple syrup and agar agar.
- Let it come together, don't let it boil.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Pour it in molds and let it set in fridge for an hour.
Dragon Fruit Jelly:
- Heat water, agar agar, sugar till its dissolved.
- Add in dragon fruit pulp and mix it well.
- Remove from heat and pour it in molds.
- If pouring on the panna cotta, let the jelly liquid come to room temperature.
- Then set it in fridge for an hour.
- Serve it chill.
