Rolled Oats/ Old-fashioned Oats

Nuts/Seeds

Salt

Melted Coconut Oil

Honey/Maple Syrup

Cinnamon

Vanilla Extract

Dry Fruits/Chocolate Chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C for 10 min. Prepare a Baking Tray by lining with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, Mix the Oats, nuts, cinnamon and salt.
Add in melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla in to the granola.
Mix it well using a spatula.
Bake it for 10 min and give it a mix so that it roasts evenly.(If adding coconut and it at this stage).
Bake for 5-8 min till nice and notice for a little change of color.
Rest it in the baking tray and allow to cool for 10 min.
If using dry fruits add at this stage.
Once completely cooled store it in an air tight container or zip lock bag to maintain its crispiness.
