Thandai Popscile
I wait for Holi to prepare a lot of cool recipes and one such recipe is the Holi Popsicle which is also a Thandai Popsicle.

Ingredients

cup
Heavy Cream

cup
Milk

tbsp
Mawa / Kova / Koya
1
tbsp
Thandai Powder
1/4
cup
Sugar
pinch
of
Saffron strands

tbsp
Chopped Pista
Instructions
In a mixer jar, add thandai powder, mawa and 2 tbsp milk. Pulse it till its smooth paste.
In a heavy bottom pan, add all the ingredients.
Add in the paste.
Whisk it well without any lumps.
Let it boil for 5-8 minutes, stirring in between.
Let it cool down for 20 minutes or till room temperature.
Whisk it once, since nuts may settle at the bottom.
Pour it in to popsicle molds.
Put it in freezer overnight or at least 8 hours.
