Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190 C for 10 minutes.
In a baking tray, apply 1 tbsp ghee.
Slice each croissant into 2 piece.
Apply ghee to each slices.
Arrange it in the baking tray.
Pour the rabdi on top.
Add pistachio and bake it for 10-15 min until its crispy on top.
Serve immediately!
