Easy Cinnamon Chocolate Ice cream
So creamy and enriched with pure Chocolate. Such an indulgent Cinnamon Chocolate Ice Cream!

Ingredients

Chopped Dark Chocolate

Milk

Vanilla Extract

Ossoro's Cinnamon Butter Extract
Instructions
In a sauce pan, Mix Heavy Cream, Cocoa powder, sugar and salt.
Let it boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the Chocolate. Mix it till melted.
Add in the Milk, Vanilla and
Ossoro's Cinnamon Butter Extract
.
Beat the mixture using an electric beater for 1 minute.
Now freeze the mixture till the edges start to set for about 2 hours.
After 2 hours, beat it again for 2 minutes. (This is said as churning process, see above the recipe)
Freeze it again for 2 hours and Repeat the same for 2 more times.
Leave it in freezer overnight for atleast 8 hours to set it properly.
Serve it with some toasted Almonds!
