Prepare a deep kadai with a stand or a flat surface that can hold heat. This is to spread the heat throughout the kadai. Close with a lid and let it preheat.
Prepare a 6" pan by applying oil and butter paper.
In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and whisk it.
In another bowl, whisk oil and condensed milk till combined.
Add in powdered sugar and mix.
Whisk in the dry ingredients just till combined.
Pour it in the prepared pan and bake on stove top oven setup for 20-30 minutes.
Prick with a toothpick and check if it comes out clean.
In a bowl, mix all the three under soaking.
Once the cake is cool to touch, remove the butter paper at the bottom of the tin.
Using a fork, prick the cake all over.
Pour the soaking milk till its absorbing.
Keep it refrigerated for an hour, then top it with cream and fresh fruits.
