Wheat Chocolate Cake without oven

Instructions
Prepare a stove top oven setup with a deep kadai that can hold the cake pan. Cover it with a lid and let it heat for 10 minutes.
Prepare a baking pan, I have used a mini bundt pan. You can also use 7" round pan for this quantity.
Whisk flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, whisk in oil and eggs.
Whisk in brown sugar till mixed.
Add in vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients and milk alternatively starting and ending with dry.
Mix till no lumps.
Pour it in prepared pan and bake in the oven setup for 20-30 minutes at a medium flame until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once cooled top it with some ganache or melted chocolate if needed!
